The Garden Team was asked by the owner of this very tall hedge(over 4 metres). It’s located in Brookland Place, Remuera.
What you can see from this photo is actually only half of this puppy and the half you can’t see is even taller!
While the team can weed your garden, remove rubbish, prune and trim your shrubs and bushes hedges are a major part of our work skills.

Making the most of your garden & plants by adding organic Fertiliser.
We at The Garden Team have used many different fertilisers over the years and have found this Natures Garden product second to none.
Natures Garden Fertiliser – made by Beyond Organics
A blend of Humic Acid, Reactive Phosphate Rock, Vermicast, Paramagnetic Rock Dust and Seaweed.
Analysis (%): N-1, P-5, K-3, Ca-20, Mg-3 plus Trace Minerals
This has been composted and inoculated with beneficial soil bacteria and fungi.
Benefits
Contains 70 essential plant minerals, vitamins and natural growth hormones.
Beneficial microbes include Azotobacter spp, Trichoderma spp, B.subtilis and Bio-Vam. These fix nitrogen from the atmosphere solubilise frozen reserves of phosphate, scavenge for Ca and water as well as being root growth stimulators.
Application Rates
1-2 handfuls per plant or per square metre every 2-6 months.
Note: when using with BioVam use ½ recommended fertiliser rates.

Each 1kg of Natures Garden Fertiliser is equivalent to 4kg of compost

The Garden Team were asked to carry out a pre-sale property clean-up and garden make-over to this lovely old house in Bingley Avenue, Epsom prior to the home going onto the market for sale.
The guys had to dig out 2,500 kilograms of ladder fern (which Auckland Council now classifies as a noxious weed), wool bags and wool bags of leaves, weeds and a whole lot of shrub trimming.
Then the owner put down some bark chip and washed the concrete driveway.

The Garden Team were asked by Andrea of Ballin Street Ellerslie to give her large property a garden make-over.
Andrea has trusted her work to be carried out by me and my team for a number of years.
She has two lovely fish ponds in her front garden which required cleaning out. The means fishing out a lot of green slime, seeds from the overhead palm along with a pile of decaying leaves.
All the gardens needed proper weeding (not just pulling the tops of the weeds but getting the roots out where possible too).
There was a large yucca plant with a huge base that required chain sawing down and the stump grinding which meant a lot of wood chips to clean up.
We filled our trailer with 680kg of green waste having removed almost 400kg of leaves and weeds from the garden beds and pathways and using our eco-friendly STIHL hedge trimmers and mini chainsaw we pruned some of the bushes back into shape.
We also sprayed herbicide (weed killer) to finish off any of the weeds that got missed along the way.

The Garden Team was asked to carry out a complete garden tidy-up of the Eastern Bays property – effectively delivering a stunning property makeover for the owners to enjoy going forward.
This entailed a range of work including using a chainsaw to cut up some fallen tree branches and remove head high weeds and creeper that had taken over the gardens.
The team of garden care staff collected and removed two large ten cubic metre skips of weeds.
