Pre-Sale Property Clean-Up: Epsom, Auckland
The Garden Team were asked to carry out a pre-sale property clean-up and garden make-over to this lovely old house in Bingley Avenue, Epsom prior to the home going onto the market for sale.
The guys had to dig out 2,500 kilograms of ladder fern (which Auckland Council now classifies as a noxious weed), wool bags and wool bags of leaves, weeds and a whole lot of shrub trimming.
Then the owner put down some bark chip and washed the concrete driveway.
